What to enjoy on Zee One in March

There is something for everyone on Zee One this March!  While we pride ourselves on telling love stories with happy endings which leave us feeling fuzzy and warm on the inside, we also have dramas which deal with real life challenges reflecting our lives and societies.  The Good Son and Second Chances will have you on the edge of your seat.  Who do you identify the most with Vedant, Yash or Neha?

To take the edge off the drama let’s get you cooking - many people assume that cooking Indian food is complicated and mastering it requires years of expertise.    The whiff of  spices once you enter your house after a long day at work is sure to put a smile on your face.  Got a craving for finger-licking Indian food with a difference? Watch  Food Veda on Zee One!

The Good Son tells the story  of a grandparent, Dadaji who brought home an orphaned child 30 years ago named Vedant.   Growing up in a home filled with  doctors was a learning process in itself for Vedant.  Important-sounding words such as ‘malignant’, ‘biopsy’, ‘catheter’ and ‘endoscopy’ would always be thrown around at home, and an endoscope was a familiar device which became his favourite toy.  It is no surprise that Vedant, grows up to be a successful gynaecologist.

He is the best son, best grandson, best brother and best nephew… but will he be the best husband?  Vedant finally finds the love of his life, but fate delivers a shock on his wedding night. He finds out that his wife is already pregnant!

Catch this gripping series on Zee One daily at 9pm on Openview channel 111

What goes with Zee One movies and series… is great, healthy food!

Ayurveda, the traditional Hindu system of medicine which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing is deeply rooted in the Indian culture and allows one to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating the right type of food, the right amount at the right time.

Chef Kunal Kapur brings it back as the new norm in Food Veda.  Emphasising the dietary requirements, Chef Kunal prepares a traditional yet healthy combination of recipes.
